Touchstone Energy members can request up to four customized presentations that benchmark the co-op’s most recent 
American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) score against all other Touchstone Energy members receiving a score in that quarter, the annual ACSI Energy Utilities Report averages, and quarterly average ACSI scores of other Touchstone Energy cooperatives (per the ACSI histogram). Additional resources included in the report are the annual Co-op Customer Satisfaction Scorecard. The quarterly benchmarking report is available for a fee.
